PCG thanks China for crew rescue, continues seek for lacking

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) expressed appreciation Saturday for the rescue efforts of a China Coast Guard vessel that saved 17 crew members from the Singaporean-flagged cargo vessel MV Devon Bay, because the PCG continues trying to find 4 Filipino seafarers nonetheless lacking.
